The Canarian race will count with a great equipment of health care, which is going to be strengthened for ensuring the security of all runners
The Transvulcania Naviera Armas is a show, it has emotion and, of course, it will be secure for everyone. The Canarian race will count at the tenth edition with a fantastic equipment of health care, which will ensure the health of the participants and the fans. The Transvulcania is going to become like that one of the most secure races in the world.
The great equipment of health care at the tenth edition is going to be possible thanks to the agreement reached between the Cabildo Insular de la Palma, the Canarian Health Service and the company Atlantic Emergency. This great agreement will allow the organization to strengthen the security measures of the race, where more than 3.600 runners are going to participate in different modalities (Ultramarathon, Marathon, Half-Marathon and the Vertical Kilometre) and where thousands of fans are going to enjoy the amazing experience at the Transvulcania.
“Our priority is to guarantee the health of our participants and thus, the tranquillity of their friends and relatives”, said the sports counsellor of La Palma, Ascensión Rodríguez, who also mentioned that “with this agreement we are back fighting for achieving a very secure race for everyone, which at the same time is going to improve the quality of our race”.
Kevin García, manager of Atlantic Emergency, explained that this tenth edition of the Transvulcania Naviera Armas “will have a coverage of cardio-protection of the highest standard, which is going to be complemented by the personal and sanitary material which a race like this needs”.
The equipment of the Transvulcania Naviera Armas 2018 will ensure the enforcement of the international standards needed for big mountain competitions, like the Transvulcania.
