The Transvulcania Naviera Armas 2019 will count again with the runners’ fair

By Press 0

The Canarian race will organise again one of its most differential elements. The fair will take place in the Severo Rodríguez pavilion, in Los Llanos de Aridane

The Transvulcania Naviera Armas will organise in its eleventh edition the traditional runners’ fair. In order to make it more easy for the runners as well as for the fans, the fair will take place in a pavilion next to the finish line of the race, the place where the majority of the activities will take place.

The Severo Rodríguez pavilion, in Los Llanos de Aridane, will be the seat for the runners’ fair. There will be more than a thousand square metres dedicated exclusively for the promotion of the stores, brands and other sports events, as well as the promotion of local nutritional products.

Furthermore, the organisation of the race will use the pavilion for giving each athlete their running number of the Transvulcania Naviera Armas. The pavilion will open the 8th Mai until the 10th of the same month. The schedule is: Wednesday from 16pm to 21pm, Thursday from 10am to 21pm and Friday from 10am to 23.30pm. On Friday, the schedule will be amplified in order to facilitate the collection of the running numbers from the athletes who will be travelling to La Palma on this day.

The organisation has already open the inscription period for everyone who is interest in being part of the runners’ fair. Anyone interested can contact the organisation by writing down an email to feria@transvulcania.com or by calling to the following number: 922 41 73 23. This inscription time will be open until the 11th of April. Each post could be acquired by paying 200€.

Although the international runners, as they have transmitted it to us, would prefer to pick up their numbers in different points in order to make it simpler, the Canarian people, in general, prefer to make the fair a meeting point. This is why we have decided to organise again the fair, as a social and dynamic element”, answered the sports counsellor of La Palma, Ascensión Rodríguez.
